House Of Gold Premiere Was Successful- Yvonne Nelson

Star actress Yvonne Nelson has chalked another success in the area of filmmaking.  Over the weekend, she wowed Nigerian movie enthusiasts with the premiere of her last produced movie, House of Gold. The premiere, according to the actress, did better than her Single & Married movie, which she premiered in Nigerian cinemas last year. “It was very big and better than Single & Married,” Yvonne Nelson told NEWS-ONE. The premiering ceremony was held at the Silverbird Cinema Galleria, Victoria Island in Lagos.  All Cinema halls were full before the screening started.
Among celebrities who added colour to the screening event were cast Majid Michel, Eddie Watson, Yvonne Nelson, Rukky Sanda, IK Ogbonna, and actress Ebube. Director of ‘House of Gold’, Pascal Amanfo was also at the premiere.

JJ Bunny’s High Budget Gambian Movie Hits Ghana

Actress JJ Bunny’s Gambian movie project titled ‘Groom’s Bride’, featuring some award-winning Gambian actors and Ghanaian lead actors Majid Michel and Jackie Appiah, will hit Ghanaian silver-screens this month.  The movie will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra on June 29 via a grand red carpet ceremony, which is anticipated to bring visiting actors to town. The movie was directed by Frank Rajah for Abdul Salam’s Venus Film Production. The movie, shot last year, is Venus’ first movie in Gambia. Venus is yet to answer critics why the production was done in Gambia.   JJ Bunny came down from her Houston base last November for the movie in Ghana. After the movie, she travelled to Ghana. She has since remained in Africa as she has been bombarded with movie scripts. She has been described as a Nollywood US A-List actress residing in the United States.
