Miss Supranational Unveils Contestants



Fourteen ladies have made it to the Miss Supranational Ghana’s house as part of the upcoming Miss Supranational Ghana pageant.
Organizers say they are ready to battle each other on their way to becoming the first ever Miss Supranational Ghana.
The franchise is coming to Ghana for the first time and the 14 beautiful ladies who are taking part are: Gertrude Baffour Tsibu, Patience Ansah, Malisa Kwarteng, Patience Aidoo, Evelyn Adu Dadzie, Richie Korkor Nartey, Mercy Nkansah, Afuah Peprah,  Emilia Thomson (Emily), Mayqueen Addison, Hawusi Felicia Mensah, Alexandrina Odoi, Misbii Eje and Florence Amegatsey.
Each of them has a unique talent in singing, dancing, acting, poetry, and fashion designing.
Apart from going through their daily challenges, competition, and being put to test, they will also go through various coaching.
 The ladies will be given a platform to perform to selected judges to escape eviction in the coming weeks.
But four ladies will be evicted before the grand finale through a weekly eviction session.

JJ Bunny’s High Budget Gambian Movie Hits Ghana

Actress JJ Bunny’s Gambian movie project titled ‘Groom’s Bride’, featuring some award-winning Gambian actors and Ghanaian lead actors Majid Michel and Jackie Appiah, will hit Ghanaian silver-screens this month.  The movie will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra on June 29 via a grand red carpet ceremony, which is anticipated to bring visiting actors to town. The movie was directed by Frank Rajah for Abdul Salam’s Venus Film Production. The movie, shot last year, is Venus’ first movie in Gambia. Venus is yet to answer critics why the production was done in Gambia.   JJ Bunny came down from her Houston base last November for the movie in Ghana. After the movie, she travelled to Ghana.
