Ex-Ghanaian Actress Caught On Nollywood Set

Umar Krupp, Mama G and Sawudi Asibi Adams
Ex-Ghanaian actress Sawudatu Asibi Adams is set to make a comeback many years after she went off the big screens.
Reports available to NEWS-ONE said the onetime screen goddess is currently on set in Nollywood with her son Umar Krupp of Spirited Actor fame.
Details of her upcoming movie were still sketchy but Nollywood sources said she was happy to make a return.
Sawudi, as she is called among her pals, used to be one of the hottest actresses in Ghana, back in the day.
She played major roles in such movies as 'Jewels', 'Asimo', '40 days 40 nights', and 'Fire Fire' among top movies of her time.

She was one of the big faces that started the TV seri
es, Tentacles. Besides, she was the first Ghanaian producer to bring top Nigerian stars such as Segun Arinze to collaborate with Ghanaian stars to make films.
But she went off the screens for a long time.
Earlier, reports claimed she works as a Personal Insurance Adviser for Glico, one of the biggest insurance companies in Ghana and has won a lot of awards including the 'Top Private Life Insurance Producer' and 'Best Performer Award.'
With the latest update, it is obvious she is tired of running away from the creative arts industry.
