Leonora Okine Bounces Back On Set In Nigeria

Actress Leonora Okine is back on set in Nigeria after spending over a week in Accra to join in the funeral activities of late President John Evans Atta Mills and to also rest after weeks of acting in Nigeria.
Leo arrived in Accra on Monday, August 6 and later tweeted on twitter; “Back in Accra, looking forward to all the events. I miss Lagos already; work hard and play hard! Looking forward to getting back.”
 She is back in Nigeria shooting. She left Accra last weekend and started shooting yesterday, according to NEWS-ONE sources.
Leonora is an actress with great talent. Her debut role in Shirley Frimpong Manso’s 2006 production ‘Different Shades of Blue’ launched her career and she has since not looked back.

She has featured in many movies and other TV series.
Among them is ‘Enemy Of My Soul’, ‘Rebels’, ‘Beautiful Monster’, ‘Blood And Chocolate’, ‘Secrets’, ‘Desperation’ seasons 1 and 2, ‘Echoes’ season 1, and ‘Creation Universe’ season 1.

JJ Bunny’s High Budget Gambian Movie Hits Ghana

Actress JJ Bunny’s Gambian movie project titled ‘Groom’s Bride’, featuring some award-winning Gambian actors and Ghanaian lead actors Majid Michel and Jackie Appiah, will hit Ghanaian silver-screens this month.  The movie will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra on June 29 via a grand red carpet ceremony, which is anticipated to bring visiting actors to town.
