Exopa New Faces Season 2 Takes Off Tomorrow


The wait is over as modeling and fashion enthusiasts are expected to flood the Exopa Burg behind the Accra International Trade Fair for another thrilling modeling experience this weekend.
The Exopa Modeling Agency’s is rolling out the second season of its monthly New Faces contest, scheduled for tomorrow Saturday, June 30. 
The contest’s first season ended two months ago and pushed the contest into a break to aid restructuring for the next season. Tomorrow’s show will mark the beginning of a new season and there are high expectations.   The contest is to help wannabe young models to explore their modeling talent. Winner of the contest gets a contract with the company.
Over 60 wannabe models stormed the Exopa Burg on June 23 to audition for tomorrow’s contest.
But 40 were shortlisted, and 20 will finally be selected for participation by the designers for the event, to complete the selection of the contestants, by today Friday 29.
The come-back of the contest is going to be exciting. There will be more attractive summer wear made of contemporary African fabrics by creative young designers, music from energetic young and talented artistes, and the skills of the lucky and gorgeous models that were selected by the Exopa team and designers.
As usual, judges for the evening will be celebrities and there is going to be a surprise.

Actress JJ Bunny’s Gambian movie project titled ‘Groom’s Bride’, featuring some award-winning Gambian actors and Ghanaian lead actors Majid Michel and Jackie Appiah, will hit Ghanaian silver-screens this month.  The movie will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra on June 29 via a grand red carpet ceremony, which is anticipated to bring visiting actors to town.
