Ghana Glamour Awards for 2012



Ghana’s showbiz industry is expected to welcome another awards ceremony dubbed Ghana Glamour Awards. It is being organized by Shades and Powder.
This is an award ceremony aimed at celebrating both the major and minor contributions to the Ghanaian Showbiz industry that have and continue to enhance the excitement among the public and output of the stakeholders of this industry. 
Scheduled to take off this year,  the Ghana Glamour Awards will celebrate excelling Ghanaian entertainers in areas such as fashion, social contribution, plus excellence in their specific areas of endeavour as music, movies’, modeling’,  and more forming the bedrock of the nominations. 
The show promises to add more excitement to the Ghanaian entertainment industry, thereby attracting more investors and gradually enhancing the growth of the industry.
Categories will include ‘Best Dressed Man and Woman in Showbiz’, ‘Most Beautiful Woman In Showbiz’, ‘Most Handsome Man In Showbiz’, ‘Most Beautiful Couple in Showbiz’, etc. 
The full list will be out soon with nominees.
The event will take place at one of Ghana’s finest hotels which will soon be announced and attendance will be by invitation only. The event will also host some glamorous celebrities from Nigeria and the United Kingdom.   
“The Ghana Glamour Awards is going to focus on mainly the interesting lifestyles of the Ghanaian celebrities, hoping to bring an exciting twist to the world of entertainment in Ghana, thereby slowly decreasing the growing tension but increasing the interest of the public in Ghanaian celebrities.”
