Yvonne Okoro On CNN

Yvonne Okoro

Yvonne Okoro is being exposed to a global television audience as her face has been on international platform, CNN, for the past few days.
The popular actress, who is respected and loved by thousands of movie fans across Africa and beyond, has featured in a commercial by international manufacturer Philips. The commercial is currently airing on the international television network.
The commercial, shot in Nigeria months ago by a New York agency, Oglivy, is for Philips’ Airfryer, a new kitchen product used for frying, roasting, baking and grilling.
The choice of Yvonne Okoro by the international manufacturer is not surprising because she is largely considered attractive and has a natural flair for brands promotion.
She has also contributed a lot to the African cinema.
At the moment, she is not just an inspiration to the many families who watch her on the screens, she is also a symbol of hard work, respect and that ideal professional woman that many African young ladies aspire to be.
Widely celebrated as an iconic figure of true African beauty with a large following, her voice and personality radiate a good confidence of a woman of character and virtue just as she appeals to a diverse audience.
There is no doubt that her track record of making a significant contribution to Africa’s stake in the creative arts—the world’s biggest business empire—and her vision of growing business conform to Philips’ mission of expanding its market base.
