Richie hugs Esbee |
Esbee, who was born Samera Buari, sister to popular actress Nadia Buari, in February this year announced her exit from D3, a girls’ group managed by Richie Mensah’s Lynx Entertainment.
She went ahead to release her first single, ‘Rebirth’, which featured Phil Blak. Unfortunately she didn’t explain her decision to go solo.
Lynx has also been quiet on the non-existence of its girl’s group.

On Saturday during Chase Forever’s album launch at the Club 45, NEWS-ONE cameras caught Esbee and the Lynx’s CEO exchanging pleasantries, publicly, for the first time after her exit.
She was the first to arrive at the Club in a red outfit and was ushered to the VIP lounge.
Subsequently when Richie arrived, he was also ushered to the VIP lounge, where he walked straight to Esbee and they hugged each other and spoke for awhile.
It was not clear what they discussed, but both beame
d with smiles throughout the short interaction.
They left observers at the Club wondering if he succeeded in getting her to agree on subsequent discussions about her return to his label. But it is too early to make such a conclusion.
