Jon Germain Breaks Performance Record At Album Launch

Ever since he registered his name on Ghana’s music scene, award winning TV anchor turned musician, Jon Germaine had been tormented by his decision to stay off the stage performance scene.
But the “In My Head” crooner broke his own record with a unique performance on Friday night when he launched his second album titled,
Enigma’ at the Rhapsodies at the Accra Mall.
He performed some of his new songs on the album to the admiration of all who witnessed the album launch.
There also was great excitement at the ceremony with performances from supporting artistes and comic antics from MCs; Funny Face and KOD.
Among top Ghanaian celebrities who patronised the ceremony were John Dumelo, Lydia Forson, Asem, Amanda Jissih, Chemphe, Ded Buddy and a host others.   
Many had assumed that Jon’s music career will be a nine-day wonder after he released his first album titled “This Is Who I Am”, but he has proven otherwise with the launch of his second album.
Already his released songs like ‘Tell Me, ‘Quiver’ featuring Jay Town, ‘In Her Arms', “Love Zone”, and ‘In My Head’ among others are enjoying good airplay across the continent and beyond.

JJ Bunny’s High Budget Gambian Movie Hits Ghana

Actress JJ Bunny’s Gambian movie project titled ‘Groom’s Bride’, featuring some award-winning Gambian actors and Ghanaian lead actors Majid Michel and Jackie Appiah, will hit Ghanaian silver-screens this month.  The movie will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra on June 29 via a grand red carpet ceremony, which is anticipated to bring visiting actors to town.
