‘Refugee’ Actresses Wrap Shoot In Ghana

Three beautiful young actresses, Okawa Shaznay, Diana Yekini and Belinda Effah, left Ghana on Sunday evening after they completed shooting for their upcoming movie titled ‘Refugee.’
The movie is being directed by Frank Rajah and the actresses shot in Ghana for over a week. They were spotted on locations at James Town, Tema Port and other parts of Accra. They also opened the show for P-Square at the ‘Top Of The World’ concert as part of their script.
They shot their last scenes at the PH Hotel in Accra. Later in the evening, they flew back to their various bases. Diana Yekini is based in London while Okawa Shaznay stays in USA. Belinda Effeh on the other hand mostly resides in Nigeria.  The three met in Ghana for the first time. They arrived in Ghana weeks ago.
Diana Yekinni is the winner of Screen Icon Search, organized by Golden Icons, producers of the most credible black entertainment film award, Golden Icon Academy Movie Award (GIAMA) in Texas, Houston. Okawa Shaznay is an ex-Miss Cameroun USA, who is also a Nollywood, USA-based actress in Texas. Belinda is Best New Actress at the last GIAMA awards. She is a receiver of Nollywood’s most promising actress award, Nigeria, and Akwa Ibom Youth-Recognition Award, Nigeria.

Eddie Watson Actor, Eddie Watson has lost his dad. The old man reportedly died on Thursday dawn after a short illness. The man died the same week Watson was preparing to go to Liberia to visit his family after incessant calls on him by his dad to come home for a discussion. Unfortunately, he was called on Thursday dawn that his dead had died. It is yet to be confirmed if he is still in Ghana or he has left for Liberia to join the family to mourn their late dad.
