After
receiving the award on stage, NEWS-ONE’s Canadian sources said Bobby
interestingly decided to say a few words in ‘Twi’ to his Ghanaian friends who
were among the audience. It was indeed a surprising moment for all at the
event.
“To
all my Ghanaians in the building, 3tins3in?” to which they answered, “3y3…” Bobby
added, “Wo dia ne kuso?” and the crowd screamed even louder this time.
He
continued by saying, “Me pa ch3wu, let me switch to English before my Naija
people think Ghanaians have ‘jujued’ me…”
Bobby
has a number of times been spotted in Ghana. He was at the Kerri Hilson and Bow
Wow show recently held in Ghana. He also has a number of Ghanaian friends and
has worked with stars as actress Lydia Forson.
Bobby
is an actor, political activist, a boxer and a writer.
He
is also the founder and CEO of Nigerian Youth for Change and a youth/community
organization in Toronto called ALL IN.
He
does more political analysis via his write-ups on various political platforms
in Africa and Canada.
He
is touted as Nigeria’s first young politician with tattoos and made an entry
into Nollywood a few years ago.
Currently,
he is described as the latest sensation in Nollywood. His unique personality,
coupled with his passion and talent for acting, is the reason many Nigerian
movie observers say he is getting more movie roles and working with reputable
production houses in Nigeria.
He
has already starred with top guns in Nollywood and Ghana one can think about.
Among
them are Genevieve Nnaji, Ini Edo, Monalisa Chinda, Ramsey Nouah, Desmond
Elliot, Uti, Lydia Forson, Uche Jombo and Van Vicker.
