Leila Djansi Returns With Oscar Nominated Bruce Davison, Randall Batinkoff, Scott Wolf & Others

Award-winning filmmaker Leila Djansi will be producing an indie drama, ‘37’, which stars Oscar nominated actor Bruce Davison.
The film will be directed by Randall Batinkoff as his directorial debut and he also plays the lead role of Adam, a rocker who makes a pact to kill himself when he turns 37.
Several months before his 37th birthday and the release of his comeback album, he meets and falls in love with Jemma, a terminally ill woman.

Bruce Davison will play the role of ‘the Psychic’ who helps Adam find peace with himself.
Other names involved in the project include Scott Wolf (‘Go, Everwood’) and Greg Lauren (‘Batman Forever’, ‘The wedding Planner’).
Casting is still ongoing and the project is set to take off later in the fall. Djansi is excited to return to producing and said, “This is what gets your adrenaline pumping; producing, putting all the pieces together, cast, crew, production elements. And I’m excited to work with Randall again.”
Randall Batinkoff played Dan Dubick in Leila Djansi’s award-winning ‘Ties That Bind’ which was acquired for distribution by indie giants Image Entertainment in the summer. Hollywood’s number one trade news, Variety Entertainment, announced the project and ‘37’ will be released in the summer of 2013.

The man died the same week Watson was preparing to go to Liberia to visit his family after incessant calls on him by his dad to come home for a discussion.
