Sarkodie Launches Website & Clothing Line

Ghana's fastest rapper, Sarkodie, has officially launched his long-awaited website and an official clothing line.
The rapper, who is currently on tour in the United State of America, launched the website this past week.
The site, www.iamsarkodie.com, is an interactive website with much emphasis on fan satisfaction and interaction.
The clothing line on the other hand is the song writer's way of getting closer to his fans, he says.
“It's a way of keeping me closer to my fans. It's not enough to just listen to the CD or wait till I'm on TV. You have to live your life with me if you are a true fan.”
This comes as a fresh air for the artiste’s fans all over the world. The ‘Obidi’ craze just took over. The clothing merchandise can be ordered from his official website, whilst preparations are being made to make it available in other countries.
Sarkodie added as he spoke to Quame Junior, “And yes, they can chase me with their T-shirts when they see me anywhere for autographs.”
In a related development, the rapper has recorded 7 songs officially since he has been away and it’s still in the studio working on massive collaborations with other hip hop gurus.
In his reaction to the treatment he has received so far, he says, "I feel so at home, because I'm always in the studio working and the love has been massive.”
