Aphrodisiac Hosts Scientific

Liberia-born Ghanaian rapper Sonny Jamaal Tayshaun Tubman, popularly known as Scientific, will officially announce his presence on Ghana’s music scene with an anticipated huge launch party for his debut album, ‘Da New Era.
The party is scheduled for the Aphrodisiac night club tomorrow Saturday September 24, where the rapper has promised to wow fans with amazing performances.
The album has been “cooking” since the beginning of this year and it is now ready for consumption. The 14-track album features Jayso, EL, Irene Logan, Sarkodie, Castro, Trigmatic, Jimmy Blac, Rumour, Fritz and a number of Ghanaian artistes. A number of crème de la crème of Ghana’s showbiz industry are expected to be at the launch. Dr. Cryme, VIP and Efya will be there to support Scientific. The ceremony, which will start at 9pm, will have Ghanaian showbiz personality and fashion designer KOD as MC, while DJs on rotation include DJ K3v from South Africa, DJ Black, DJ Armani, DJ Mick Smith, DJ Champaign and DJ Chrome from Nigeria.
Ahead of the big launch, Scientific organized a pre-launch cocktail party for invited industry players and corporate individual at the Grand Pappaz on Thursday evening. This is the first time such a thing has happened in Ghana.
Scientific told NEWS-ONE that a variety of songs on the upcoming album favoured everybody.
“There are a lot of classic songs on the album. Everybody can get a touch out it,” he said.
He stated that he titled the album ‘Da New Era’, “because I feel I’m the guy to change game. I feel like the new guy who will change the trend. Everybody is doing the dance thing; I am brining a new hip hop in Africa.”  Born in Liberia but bred in Ghana, Jamaal Tubman is famed for his freestyle raps.

JJ Bunny’s High Budget Gambian Movie Hits Ghana
