FOI Is The Group To Watch Out For In 2012-Manager Joseph Marshall

Hip Life duo FOI

Hip life duo, Fruit of Inspiration (FOI), made up of Abdul Hamid aka ‘Lil Kryz’, and Nuwame Apim Michael aka ‘Double Eye’, is not relenting on its promises to give music fans the best.

Indeed, this year (2011) is going very good for the group as their latest hit single; One More Time is getting more airplay.  The group’s video is also doing well in the midst of strong competition.
Group’s Manager, Joseph Marshall Agyepong is optimistic things will be better next year 2012.
“The boys are doing better now and next year will be bigger. Their career is going through some serious changes and I’m happy the fans love it.”
“Next year, hopefully we have some shows coming up. I told you, we have some tours in the US and some parts of UK, we are working towards that as well. We also have a couple of singles to release. FOI is the group to watch for in 2012,”   said Joseph who is also road manager for award winning Ghanaian music trio, VIP.
He believed Ghanaian music has gradually expanded its boundary and individual artistes will definitely benefit from it.
However, he said there was a need for unity among artistes because that was the surest way of breaking into the international scene.
FOI manager, Joseph Marshall Agyepong
“We need to rally behind one another and support ourselves and stop this backbiting and fighting among ourselves. It doesn’t bring development. For example if my boys are working hard to take Ghana music to the international level, let all support them than rather sit on the fence and watch them struggle alone to nowhere,” he said about unity.
FOI has been on the entertainment scene for quite some time and has shared stages with industry giants VIP, backing them in some of their performances across the country.
Currently, it is flying with three released singles including their favourite, ‘We no go kpeme’.
In January 2011, it premiered the video of one of its singles, ‘One More Time’ featuring VIP, at Reggie Rockstone’s Office.
The event gathered a lot of music fans and top notch artistes as VIP, Sway, Richie 5Five, Iwan, Eazzy and Reggie Rackstone.
It also headlined the first edition of Radio and Television awards held in Accra to honour media personalities this year.
