Soon, his dad started to develop interest in his music career but he died in 2005.  But that didn’t stop him. He went on to record his first mixtape in 2006.
He came across another artiste called Poison, during one of his studio sessions. They formed a group called Asomafour and started recording together.
Due to Poison’s busy schedules, courtesy schooling, Marcus went solo, and recorded his masters until a friend introduced him to a producer called Stephen A. Bonsu who listened to his works and saw the maturity in his rap.
He signed him to his record label called Azayda Music and Films Production in 2011.

His current single titled ‘Check Your Weight’ features one of the finest highlife singers in Ghana, Kesse, which was produced by Genius Selections.
