Naana Ama McBrown Weeps Over Dad’s Death

It is barely a week since popular Ghanaian actress Nana Ama McBrown lost her dad Papa Kofi McBrown, and as custom demands, she is expected to be in a state of mourning for months.
However, she has been expressing her profound gratitude to all persons who shared in her moment of grief.
“Thank you all for the love. Let God keep us all. I am grateful. I woke up this morning with devout thanksgiving to all my friends, the old and the new. Thank you for your love,” Nana Ama posted on her BBM.
The late Papa Kofi McBrown died at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra last Wednesday morning, NEWS-ONE gathered. Doctors tried their best to save him to no avail, sources claimed.
The actress confirmed the death to NEWS-ONE on Thursday and said her dad had been ill for a while. She however did not disclose the ailment that led to his death.
Mr. McBrown supported Nana Ama’s acting career and she was last spotted with him when she donated free wheelchairs to some disabled individuals and elderly persons at Spintex, a suburb of Accra. 
 Nana is currently mourning and NEWS-ONE sends its condolences to the award winning actress and her family.
Nana Ama is described as a versatile and natural talent considering her delivery on the screens over the years. She is special to both Twi and English movie industries and is one of the few whose footsteps are being followed by young girls. She has a lot of movies to
her credit.
