Face of popular Ghanaian actor and ladies’ man John Dumelo is gradually taking over billboards of Information and Communication Technology giant IPMC throughout the country, NEWS-ONE has gathered.
Jackie Appiah
John seems to have taken over from popular Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah who has occupied the spot for a very long time.
There is currently no official communiqué to the effect that IPMC has ended its deal with Jackie Appiah.
Dumelo’s face on the billboards started popping up in Accra a fortnight ago, a clear indication that the award-winning actor is probably the next face of IPMC.
The huge IMPC billboard in front of the Nima Police Station has been replaced with a new one, with John’s picture featuring prominently on it.
Another sizable billboard around Caprice also has John’s picture.
Sources also hinted that they had seen other IPMC billboards with John’s picture elsewhere.
John is one of Ghana’s few actors who are in tune with information and communication technology.
IPMC is a company which is focused on giving hope to Ghanaian youth through entertainment and has in the past sponsored a number of entertainment shows.  It is currently one of the title sponsors of the Miss Ghana pageant.
In a related development, NEWS-ONE has gathered that John is starting a huge project very soon.
