Cecilia Marfo Brings Hundreds Closer To God

Cecilia Marfo’s Tsooboi Thanksgiving and Worship Service which was held at the Liberty Assemblies of God church at Lapaz turned into a crusade or better still a deliverance service.
The programme was acclaimed by most people as unprecedented in the annals of Ghana’s gospel industry as thousands of people trooped to the church to worship with Cecilia Marfo. The auditorium was virtually filled to capacity.
The purpose of the programme changed immediately the MCs for the programme, Stacey of TV3 Music Music fame; Kwamena Idan of Adom FM's Live Worship fame and Kay of GTV, introduced Cecilia Marfo on stage.
As she began singing, the whole auditorium was filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. People stood on their feet for almost three hours as the Holy Spirit touched them, with some receiving the Holy Spirit baptism.
The Tsooboi Thanksgiving and Worship Service was highly received by every individual who attended the programme.
 Cecilia Marfo was forced by her fans at the programme to promise them frequent worship with her and so she declared that the programme would be held every quarterly.
There were a lot of dignitaries including pastors, apostles, prophets, businessmen and media persons at the programme.
Mrs. Rebecca Nana Akuffo Addo, wife of the leader and flag-bearer of the largest opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Akuffo Addo Dankwa, was present. Hon. Ayorkor Botwe, Member of Parliament for Weija, Hon. Samia Nkrumah, chairwoman of the Convention People’s Party and Member of Parliament for Jomoro were there.
Director of Ideal College Lawyer Appiah Kubi, musicians Grace Ashley, Gifty Osei, Supt. Kofi Sarpong, Nana Akosa, Francis Amo and Deacon Samuel Baah were all present.
Hon. Ayorkor Botwe, Hon. Samia Nkrumah and Director of Police Human Resource all delivered peace messages.
