Chichi Neblette Joins Peep Cast

This year appears to have started well for Liberian born Ghanaian actress Chichi Neblette, who has started enjoying some level of success in Ghana’s film industry.

Less than a month after reports of her being spotted on the set of a big time TV commercial for BO16, featuring Yvonne Nelson and Yvonne Okoro, she has joined the cast of ‘Peep’, the newest TV series being produced by TV3 and Sparrow Production.

NEWS-ONE could not readily get her to speak about her role in the series but the paper’s source said she was on point and delivered, alongside the main cast Senanu Gbedawo, David Oscar and Jasmine.

Chichi, the source added, had been very busy lately. She did not answer the paper’s phone calls yesterday when it tried contacting her.

Chichi is gradually becoming a hot cake in Ghana’s movie industry even though she has been around for over six years.

She made her entry into the movie industry in 2005 and began with roles in movies ‘Puncher Hole,’ and Venus Films ‘Mummy’s Daughter.’

But she went on a hiatus in 2007 and returned in 2009.

She has since featured in a number of movies including ‘4play’, ‘Reason To Kill’, ‘Who Loves Me’. She is yet to get her big break.
